dc.description.abstractCílem této práce bylo zhodnotit bonitu společnosti typu výzkumné organizace. Nejprve došlo k hodnocení společnosti z pohledu makroprostředí, mezoprostředí a mikroprostředí. Dále byla provedena SWOT analýza. Hlavní věcnou náplní této práce bylo na základě literární rešerše vytipovat konkrétní bonitní a bankrotní modely a dle jejich výsledků uvést, zda se hodnocená společnost nachází v pásmu bonity, šedé zóny nebo bankrotu. Dle výsledků lze říci, že se hodnocená výzkumná organizace po většinu hodnoceného období, tedy roky 2011 až 2014 nacházela v pásmu bonity, ovšem v posledním roce, tedy rok 2015 se výzkumná organizace VZÚ Plzeň s.r.o. nacházela někde na hranici šedé zóny a bankrotu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this study is to evaluate creditworthiness of research organization. Firstly, the company evaluation in terms of macro, micro and meso environment has been conducted. Further, SWOT analysis has been implemented. The study includes literature review needed to identify specific creditworthiness and bankruptcy models. The theoretical background was further used in the practical part. The results of above mentioned models were used to indicate whether the evaluated company is in the zone of creditworthiness, gray area or bankruptcy. According to the results, it is possible to state that the evaluated research organization managed to stay within the limits of creditworthiness for the majority of review period, i.e. between 2011 and 2014. However, in the last observed year 2015, the research organization VZÚ Plzen s.r.o. was somewhere on the border of gray area and bankruptcy.en
