Využití vlastivědy ve výuce matematiky na 1. stupni

Abstract

Propojení matematiky s ostatními předměty může žákům ukázat využití matematiky v jiných oborech lidské činnosti. Ve třetím, čtvrtém a pátém ročníku základní školy proběhla sonda, jejímž cílem bylo připravit, realizovat a reflektovat činnosti propojující historické a geografické poznatky s matematikou. Vycházeli jsme z Rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro základní vzdělávání, konkrétně ze vzdělávací oblasti Člověk a jeho svět, a vytvořili jsme činnosti, které byly koncipovány tak, aby se žáci kromě procvičení matematických poznatků dozvěděli nové informace nebo si upevnili ty známé. V oblasti historie jsme pracovali s tématypravěk, Řím, Marie Terezie, Rudolf II., v oblasti geografie jsme se zaměřili na Českou republiku a Prahu. Na základě výsledků a reflexí jednotlivých hodin jsme zjistili, že více motivační bylo pro žáky propojení s geografií.

Connecting mathematics with other subjects can show students the use of mathematics in other fields of human activity. In the third, fourth and fifth years of primary school, a survey was conducted, the aim of which was to prepare, implement and reflect on activities connecting historical and geographical knowledge with mathematics. We used Framework Curriculum forPrimary Education, specifically the educational area of Man and his world, as our base and we created activities that were designed so that, in addition to practicing mathematical knowledge,pupils would learn new information or consolidate what they already know. In the field of history, we worked with the themes of prehistoric times, Ancient Rome, Maria Theresa,Rudolph II., in the field of geography, we focused on the Czech Republic and Prague. Based on the results and reflections of the individual lessons, we found that the connection withgeography was more motivating for the pupils.
