dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky z odborné literatury. Pozornost je věnována personální politice, personální strategii a personálnímu plánování. Zde jsou uvedeny jednotlivé oblasti a činnosti personálního plánování a vymezeny druhy personálních plánů. Dále je zde popsán proces získávání, výběru a přijímání pracovníků. Část praktická obsahuje charakteristiku Armády ČR a následně se zaměřuje na konkrétní vojenský útvar - 24. základnu dopravního letectva. Tato část obsahuje i SWOT analýzu, pomocí které byly identifikovány silné a slabé stránky základny. Na základě zjištěných slabých stránek jsou navržena opatření pro jejich odstranění.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor degree thesis is subdivided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge gathered from special literature. Attention is paid to personnel policy, strategy, and planning. This part details individual areas and activities pertaining to personnel planning and specifies types of personnel plans. Furthermore, the process of personnel recruitment, selection and hiring is described here. The practical part characterizes the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic and, subsequently, turns attention to a specific unit, i.e. 24th Air Transport Base. This part also includes the SWOT analysis as an instrument for identifying the unit?s strengths and weaknesses on the basis of which corrective measures are drafted.en
