dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou projektového řízení, konkrétně tradičními a agilními metodikami. V teoretické části je představen vodopádový model, jako metodika z tradičního projektového řízení a z agilní části je popsáno více metodik, ale nejvíce byla zaměřena na metodu Scrum. V praktické části je představena reálná firma, která se zaměřuje na vývoj a testování produktů. Vysvětlené metodiky jsou poté ukázané na dvou reálných projektech a je zhodnoceno, kdy je vhodné, jakou metodiku v praxi využít. Součástí praktické části je zhodnocení firmy a jejich aspektů pro zavedení převážně agilního přístupu v projektech. Jsou zmíněná rizika agilní metody a také kdy je vhodné zvolit agilní přístup tak, aby byl pro firmu přínosem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the issue of project management, specifically traditional and agile methodologies. The theoretical part introduces the waterfall model as a methodology from traditional project management. The agile part describes more methodologies however the main focus lies on the Scrum method. The practical part introduces a real company focusing on product development and testing software. The explained methodologies are then shown on two real projects and evaluation is formed based on its appropriateness to be used in practice. Part of the practical part is the evaluation of the company and their aspects for the implementation of a predominantly agile approach in projects. Lastly, the risks of the agile method are mentioned and it is described when it is appropriate to choose an agile approach in order to benefit the company.en
