| dc.description.abstract | Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám hodnocením příčetnosti a nepříčetnosti a s tím souvisejících témat. Diplomová práce má osm kapitol. V úvodu práce definuji klíčové pojmy a historický vývoj související s příslušnou tématikou. Největší část práce věnuji zvláštním skutkovým podstatám TČ ohrožení pod vlivem návykové látky a TČ opilství, po které následuje kapitola Trestní odpovědnosti. Dále následuje kapitola znalectví a znalecké činnosti, kde se věnuji i osobě znalce. V závěru práce zmiňuji trestně právní následky TČ ve vztahu k alkoholu a návykovým látkám a odbočím k tématu alternativních trestů související s tématem mé práce. V kapitole číslo sedm se věnuji závislosti na alkoholu a návykových látkách. Poslední kapitola zmiňuje páchání Trestné činnosti pod vlivem návykových látek a upozorňuji na problematiku mládeže vzhledem k užívání návykových látek a alkoholu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | In my diploma thesis, I deal with the assessment of sanity and insanity and related topics. The diploma thesis has eight chapters. In the introduction of the thesis, I define key concepts and historical developments related to the relevant topic. I devote the largest part of the work to the special factual elements of the criminal offense under the influence of an addictive substance and drunkenness, which is followed by the chapter on criminal responsibility. The next chapter follows on expert knowledge and expert activities, where I also focus on the person of the expert. At the end of the thesis, I mention the criminal legal consequences of TC in relation to alcohol and addictive substances and turn to the topic of alternative punishments related to the topic of my thesis. In chapter number seven, I deal with addiction to alcohol and addictive substances. The last chapter mentions the commission of criminal activity under the influence of addictive substances and draws attention to the issue of youth due to the use of addictive substances and alcohol. | en |
