dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá výběrovým řízením prováděným metodou assessment centrum. Shrnuje teoretické poznatky o jejích charakteristikách tak, jak je uvádí literatura, a porovnává je s praktickým postupem vybrané firmy, která službu assessment centrum na českém trhu nabízí. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit současnou praxi provádění assessment centra v konkrétní společnosti na pozadí teorie psychologie práce a následně navrhnout možná opatření pro budoucí aplikaci této metody. Rozbor provádění assessmnet centra čerpá kromě literatury z odborné konzultace s vedoucí assessment center vybrané společnosti, interních dokumentů a empirického šetření. Navrhovaná opatření, formulovaná na základě výsledků rozboru, mají za cíl zefektivnit další provádění assessmnet centra.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of the selection procedure with the use of the method Assessment Centre. It sums up theoretical aspects about its characteristics as they are presented in a bibliography and compares them with the technique that is used in a real life of a company. The main purpose of this work is to analyse the current common practice in the chosen company on the theoretical background of the psychology of work. Afterwards it suggests new possibilities for the application of the method in the future. The analysis derives data from the literature, consultation with the chief of the service assessment centre in the company, internal documents and a questionnaire. Final recommendations are based on the analysis. The goal is to improve the service and increase the satisfaction of clients in the future.en
