dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce podává ucelený soubor na téma Enzymy. Teoretická část práce je věnována shrnutí teoretických poznatků na dané téma z prostudované literatury. Praktická část se zaobírá didaktickou transformací teoretické části pro výuku na vyšším stupni gymnázia. Práce obsahuje pracovní listy na opakování látky pro žáky, výklad podpořený powerpointovou prezentací s vlastními animacemi, test a laboratorní cvičení. Cílem práce je sestavení výukového materiálu pro učitele na vyšším stupni gymnázia.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis provides a comprehensive set on the topic of enzymes. The theoretical part deals with the summary of the topic with the crucial information obtained from the literature. The practical part is focused on the didactic transformation of the theoretical part into the praxis, specifically on the higher level of grammar schools. The thesis contains revision worksheets, an interpretation supported by PPP with my own animations, test and lab exercise. The goal of the thesis was to compile the teaching material for teachers of the higher level of grammar school.en
