| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá mimořádným opravným prostředkem, jakožto obnovou řízení. Autorka v práci mapuje aktuální právní úpravu tohoto institutu a snaží se ho porovnat se slovenskou právní úpravou. Část práce se též věnuje návrhům de lege ferenda a náhradě škody v občanskoprávním řízení. Diplomová práce převážně vychází z judikatorního výkladu. | cs |
