dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je Vliv okolí podniku na konkrétní podnik. Hlavním cílem této práce je provést analýzu podnikatelského prostředí, vyhodnotit dopad jednotlivých prvků prostředí na zvolenou společnost WOODCOTE CZ, a.s. a vytvořit doporučení pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti na trhu se stavebními materiály. První část se zabývá teoretickým vymezením podniku, jeho okolí a charakteristikou jednotlivých faktorů prostředí ovlivňující činnosti podniku. V druhé části lze nalézt podrobný popis PEST analýzy, Porterovy analýzy pěti konkurenčních sil, SWOT analýzy a SPACE analýzy. Třetí kapitola se věnuje představení vybrané společnosti. Následující čtyři kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na analýzu okolí podniku prostřednictvím vybraných metod. V poslední části bakalářské práce je provedena SWOT analýza. Na základě zjištěných výsledků byl vytvořen návrh doporučení, který by měl vést ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedTheme of this bachelor´s thesis is Influence of surroundings on a specific company. The main intention of the bachelor´s thesis is to execute analysis of business environment, to evaluate impact of particular elements of environment on chosen company WOODCOTE CZ, a.s. and to formulate recommendation for increase of competitiveness on the market of building materials. The first part deals with theoretical demarcation of business, its surroundings and characteristic of particular elements of business, which affect activities of a company. An elaborated description of PEST analysis, Porter´s five forces analysis, SWOT analysis and SPACE analysis could be found in the second part of the thesis. The third chapter is focused on presentment of chosen company. The following four chapters altogether are focused on analysis of business environment through chosen methods. In the last part of the bachelor´s thesis the SWOT analysis is performed. A suggestion how to increase the competitivness of a company was formulated according to the results arosen from described methods.en
