dc.description.abstractCílem této diplomové práce je provést analýzu nákladů na zavedení automatizace výrobního procesu a provést ekonomickou analýzu dopadu této změny na efektivnost podnikových procesů a propočíst návratnost investic návrhu. Na začátku práce je charakterizován vybraný podnik, BR Progress s.r.o., který pracuje na projektu automatizace výrobního procesu, ve kterém chce nahradit manuální výrobu dřevěných atypických palet automatizovanou linkou. V práci je provedena analýza procesu výroby palet. Dále je provedena analýza nákladů a přínosů projektu. Jako kriteriální ukazatel byla zvolena čistá současná hodnota, vnitřní výnosové procento, index rentability a doba návratnosti investice. V diskuzi a závěru práce je shrnuto, zda se podniku vyplatí investovat do projektu, automatizace výrobního procesu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis is to analyze the costs of introducing automation of the production process and carry out an economic analysis of the impact of this change on the efficiency of business processes and calculate the return on investment proposal. At the beginning, is the characteristic of the company, BR Progress s.r.o., which is working on a project to automate the production process, which wants to replace manual production of wooden pallets atypical automated line. The work is an analysis of the process of production of pallets. It's a analysis of the costs and benefits of the project. As a criterion indicator was selected net present value, internal rate of return, profitability index and payback period. The discussion and conclusion is summed whether the business is worth investing in the project, the automation of the production process.en
