| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá nákup a prodej společnosti Česká lékárna, a.s., která provozuje lékárny sítě Dr. Max po celé ČR. Popisuje hlavní cíle firmy, její strategie a taktiky. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol obsahující teoretické a praktické informace z oblasti nákupu a prodeje. První částí této práce je představení společnosti a zjišťování, vyčíslení a interpretaci vybraných ukazatelů firmy. V další části jsou popsány procesy v oblasti nákupu. Efektivní nákup je jednou z hlavních podmínek zajištění konkurenceschopnosti firem na trhu. Základní funkci nákupu představuje zajišťování materiálových vstupů v určitém množství a kvalitě, na dané místo a ve stanoveném termínu. Pomocí nejrůznějších metod, strategií a analýz z oblasti nákupu můžou podniky výrazně snížit náklady, a proto nabývá u jednotlivých společností nákup na strategickém významu. Kromě popisu nákupních procesů je práce zaměřena i na analýzu skladu, zásob a dodavatelů. Poslední část je dále věnována prodejním činnostem, marketingovým strategiím a analýze tržeb společnosti za určité období. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis examines the purchases and sale of the company Česká lékárna, a.s. which operates pharmacies network Dr. Max throughout the Czech Republic. It describes the main objectives of the company, its strategies and tactics. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main chapters containing theoretical and practical information of buying and selling. The first part of this thesis is focused on company introduction, detection, quantification and interpretation of selected indicators. The next section describes the processes in procurement. Effective purchase is one of the main conditions ensuring the competitiveness of companies in the market. The basic functions of the purchase are material inputs in certain quantity and quality, to the designated place and within the specified time. Using a variety of methods, strategies and analyzes of area of purchase companies can significantly reduce costs. Therefore the purchase acquires strategic importance for individual companies. In addition to describing the purchasing process, the bachelor is focused on the analysis of storage, inventories and suppliers. The last part is devoted to sales activities, marketing strategies and to analysis of the company's revenue for a particular period. | en |
