dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá implementací nového zařízení v provozním oddělení ve vybrané společnosti. Konkrétně zavedením nové tiskárny na etikety na třetinkové lahve Pilsner Urquell. Výstupem práce je za pomoci odborné literatury stanovení prodejní ceny, navržení nejefektivnějšího využití stroje a vyhodnocení návratnosti investice. V závěru práce jsou výsledky porovnány s aktuálními prodeji nového výrobku a z dostupných dat lze říci, že je projekt v reálném čase úspěšný.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the implementation of a new equipment within the operations department of the selected company. Specifically, by introducing a new label printer for one-third bottles of Pilsner Urquell beer. The output of the work is, with the help of professional literature, the determination of the selling price, the suggestions for the most efficient use of the machine and the evaluation of the return on investment. At the end of the work, the results are compared with the current sales of the new product, and from the available data it can be said that the project is successful in real time.en
