| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá finančním hospodařením obce Krásný Dvůr. Cílem práce je analyzovat příjmy a výdaje v roce 2010 a srovnat je s plánovanými příjmy a výdaje v roce 2011. Dílčím cílem je popsání žádosti o dotaci z rozpočtu EU a aplikace na konkrétní žádosti o dotaci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je řešena problematika územní samosprávy a stručně nastíněna teorie fiskálního federalismu. Následuje charakteristika obce, jejích funkcí a orgánů. Dále je popsán rozpočtový proces, rozpočtová skladba a struktura obecního rozpočtu. Na teoretickou část navazuje praktická část. V té je analyzován a srovnáván rozpočet obce ve dvou sledovaných letech. Součástí práce je popsání systému při žádání o dotace z Programu rozvoje venkova v období 2007 ? 2013. Tento proces je následně aplikován na konkrétní žádost o dotaci na projekt Mobiliář v Krásném Dvoře a jeho sídlech. V závěru je zhodnocena řešená problematika. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with budgeting of the municipality Krásný Dvůr. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the income and spending in 2010 and to compare them with the planned income and spending in 2011. The partial goal is to describe an EU grant application and to apply it on a specific grant application. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the local government issues and briefly describes the theory of fiscal federalism. The characteristics of the municipality Krásný Dvůr, its functions and authorities follows. Then, the budgeting process, budget composition and the structure of the municipality´s budget are described. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part. In the practical part, the municipality´s budget is analyzed and compared in two chosen years. The description of the grant application system is also a part of the thesis. The grant application concerns the Rural development program for the years 2007 to 2013. The process is then applied to a concrete grant application for a project named ?Movables in Krásný Dvůr and its seats?. The conclusion evaluates the issues dealt with in the thesis. | en |
