Vliv vztahu pedagoga a žáka na kvalitu výuky

Abstract

Efektivitu výuky lze ovlivnit mnoha faktory ve vzdělávacím procesu. Může se jednat o celkovou atmosféru školy, momentální klima ve třídě, ale i osobnost učitele. Zcela nepochybně jsou zde mnohé proměnné. Pro účely inkriminované práce byla zvolena problematiky vztahu vyučujícího a žáka. Na základě zkušeností a pozorování se došlo k předpokladu, že má-li učitel se svými žáky opravdu pozitivní vztah, a snaží-li se učitel tento vztah se svými žáky udržovat a rozvíjet, vede to ke zlepšení klimatu ve třídě. Následně se tento stav projeví pozitivně ve studijních výsledcích žáků, tj. zvýšení efektivity vzdělávání. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda byl tento předpoklad pravdivý. Zda je vztah učitele a žáků jedním ze základních stavebních kamenů kvalitního vzdělání. Nebo zda se jedná pouze o individuální případy, kde nelze tento stav jakkoliv paušalizovat a aplikovat plošně v rámci vzdělávání. Pro účely ověření předpokladu, byl použit dotazník pro žáky. Otázky byly vhodně formulovány pro zmapování klimatu ve třídě, postavení učitele ve výuce atd. Smyslem otázek bylo zmapování celkového 60 postavení učitele ve výuce. Následně došlo k vyhodnocení výsledků z dotazníkového šetření, k jejich shrnutí a vyhodnocení. Zde došlo k ověření původního předpokladu, že pozitivní vztah žáka a učitele má pozitivní vliv na efektivitu vzdělávacího procesu.

The effectiveness of teaching can be influenced by many factors in the educational process. It can be the overall atmosphere of the school, the current climate in the classroom, but also the personality of the teacher. There are undoubtedly many variables. For the purpose of the incriminated work, the issue of teacher-student relationship was chosen. On the basis of experience and observation, the assumption was made that if a teacher has a truly positive relationship with his/her pupils, and if the teacher tries to maintain and develop this relationship with his/her pupils, this leads to an improvement in the classroom climate. Consequently, this condition is reflected positively in the pupils' academic performance, i.e. an increase in the effectiveness of education. The purpose of this study was to determine whether this assumption was true. To find out whether the teacher-student relationship is one of the basic building blocks of quality education. Or whether this is only an individual case where the condition cannot be generalized in any way and applied across the board in education. In order to test the assumption, a questionnaire for pupils was used. The questions were suitably formulated to map the classroom climate, the position of the teacher in teaching etc. The purpose of the questions was to map the overall position of the teacher in teaching. Subsequently, the results from the questionnaire survey were analysed, summarised and evaluated. Here, the original assumption that a positive student-teacher relationship has a positive effect on the effectiveness of the educational process was verified.
