dc.description.abstractTato práce analyzuje současný stav právní ochrany osob se zdravotním postižením v České republice. Práce se člení do pěti kapitol, kde autor postupně definuje pojem "osoba zdravotně znevýhodněná", shrnuje historický vývoj právní upravy a dále zmiňuje mezinárodní i vnitrostátní právní prameny. Pátá kapitola upravuje stěžejní část práce, jelikož zmiňuje instituty, které jsou v českém právním řádu vytvořeny k ochraně těchto osob na trhu práce. V závěru práce autor upozorňuje na případné nedostatky právní úpravy a navrhuje možné změny ve prospěch ochrany osob zdravotně znevýhodněných v pracovněprávních vztazích.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis analyzes the current state of legal protection of persons with disabilities in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into five chapters and the author gradually defines the concept of "a person with a disability", summarizes the historical overview of the legal regulation and mentions the legal regulations on an international and on a national level. Chapter five includes a key part of this thesis, because it contains the basic instruments in the Czech legislation, which ensure the protection of rights for persons with disabilities on the labour market. In the conclusion, the author draws attention to possible insufficiencies in legal regulation and makes suggestions for potential changes in the system for protection of persons with disabilities in employment relations.en
