dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je aplikací metod finanční analýzy na vybrané strojírenské společnosti (TS Plzeň a. s.) za účelem posouzení její finanční situace. V práci byly použity jak elementární metody finanční analýzy, tak i metody matematicko-statistické. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické (aplikační) části. V teoretické části je popsána charakteristika finanční analýzy a jednotlivé metody, které tato analýza používá, včetně uvedených vzorečků pro výpočty ukazatelů. V praktické části je charakterizována společnost TS Plzeň a. s., dále jsou zde vypočteny jednotlivé ukazatele a interpretovány jejich výsledky a poukázáno na vzájemné závislosti. Vybrané ukazatele rentability a likvidity jsou porovnány s průměrnými ukazateli v odvětví.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedSubmitted Bachelor thesis is application of financial analysis methods on an engineering enterprise (TS Plzeň a. s.), in order to examine its financial situation. In this thesis were used both methods of financial analysis: elementary methods and mathematical-statistical methods. It consists of a theoretical and a practical (application) part. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of financial analysis and particular methods which this analysis uses including formulas for calculation of ratios. Company TS Plzeň a. s. is described, particular ratios are calculated, their results are interpreted and mutual dependences are shown in the application part. Selected profitability ratios and liquidity ratios are compared with average ratios in the sector.en
