dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce pojednává o krizovém managementu, který hraje v dnešní době plné turbulencí velmi důležitou roli. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část je věnována krizovému řízení ve veřejné správě. Zde je na městě Cheb ukázáno, jak funguje krizové řízení ve veřejné správě. V této části je popsáno fungování systému hospodářských opatření pro krizové stavy a také je zde popsáno financování krizového řízení ve veřejné správě. Druhá část práce se zabývá krizovým řízením v soukromé sféře. V této části byla provedena finanční analýza společnosti apt Products s.r.o. a byla identifikována rizika, která tuto společnost ohrožují. Pro tato rizika byly poté navrženy strategie jejich řešení. Třetí část práce se zabývá nalezením základních rozdílů mezi krizovým řízením ve veřejné a soukromé sféře.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the subject of crisis management which plays a very important role in current times full of turbulence. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part is devoted to crisis management in the public sector. The example was based on the town of Cheb to show how crisis management operates in the public sector. The system of economic measures for crisis situations is described and also described is the financing of crisis management in the public sector. The second part deals with crisis management in the private sector. The financial analysis of the company apt Products s.r.o. was performed and the risks that threaten the company were identified. The strategies to deal with these risks were then designed. The third part of this work examines the fundamental differences between crisis management in the public sector and the private sector.en
