| dc.description.abstract | Práce se věnuje vzniku humanistické psychologie a představení osobnosti Carla R. Rogerse a jeho "přístupu zaměřeného na člověka". V práci jsou odhaleny filozofické základy humanistické psychologie, které položily osobnosti existencialismu a fenomenologie. Úvodem jsou zmíněni zástupci obou výše uvedených filozofických směrů a jejich myšlenky vztahující se ke vzniku humanistické psychologie. Následuje seznámení s psychologickými směry a metodami, které přispěly ke vzniku humanistické psychologie a postupně i ke koncepci Carla R. Rogerse. Je popsán vývoj koncepce, její základní pojmy a srovnání s ostatními psychologickými přístupy. Závěrem se práce zabývá uplatněním koncepce Carla R. Rogerse v současnosti a popisem základních principů jeho originální teorie. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis is focused on the origin of humanistic psychology and the introduction of Carl R. Rogers and his "human centred approach." The philosophical principles of humanistic psychology, that were laid by the figures of phenomenology and existentialism, are revealed. In the introduction, the members of both philosophical directions and their ideas relating to the origin of humanistic psychology, are mentioned. The following part focuses on psychological directions and methods that contributed to the development of humanistic psychology and gradually to the concept of Carl R. Rogers. The concept development, its basic concepts and comparison with other psychological approaches are described. In conclusion, the thesis deals with the application of the concept by Carl R. Rogers nowadays and with the description of the basic principles of his original theory. | en |
