| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem úpadkové trestné činy. Tato problematika zasahuje jak do práva trestního, tak do práva insolvenčního. Z tohoto důvodu je nejdříve nutné definovat některé pojmy. Práce se zabývá historickým vývojem úpadkových trestných činů, současnou platnou právní úpravou, judikaturou a srovnáním české právní úpravy s úpravou cizí, v mém případě s úpravou slovenskou. | cs |
