Profese soudních exekutorů za poslední zhruba 2 roky prošla velmi významnými legislativními změnami. Autor přináší proto jejich přehled, zhodnocení současného stavu exekučního práva a exekučního vymáhání a základní body k budoucí udržitelnosti výkonu profese exekutora.
