dc.description.abstract-translatedCo-opetition is a business strategy that combines the advantages of competition and cooperation into new dynamic, which can be used to not only generate more profits but also to change nature of the business environment in benefit of users. The coopetition business model has PARTS of a business strategy - five dimensions a company can use to identify strategies that change the game: Players, Added value, Rules, Tactics, and Scope. The players are the firm, customers, suppliers, competitors and complementors, competitors whose products add value. The paper presents game theory models that represent the coopetition concept. Traditional game theory is divided into non-cooperative and cooperative models. Biform games combine non-cooperative and cooperative models. An important part of the biform game is to learn which conditions will influence the players to either compete or cooperate. The biform games can be divided into two parts: sequential and simultaneous. This article proposes extensions to biform games that allows for participant negotiation.en
