dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti podniku LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o. Jedná se o podnik, jehož primární činností je výroba keramických obkladů a dlažeb pod značkou RAKO, která má na českém trhu již dlouholetou tradici. Analýza makroprostředí je provedena pomocí PEST analýzy. Analýza mezoprostředí je tvořena Porterovou strukturální analýzou odvětví. Analýza mikroprostředí sestává z finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzy. Práce také obsahuje predikci vývoje ve stavebním odvětví a dotazníkové šetření, které slouží jako zdroj doplňujících informací. V závěru práce jsou obsažena doporučení pro podnik, která mohou zlepšit jeho konkurenceschopnost.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of the company LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o. LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o. is a company whose primary business is the production of ceramic tiles under the brand RAKO, which has a long tradition on the Czech market. The PEST analysis is used for analyzing the macro environment. The Porter´s five forces analysis is used for analyzing the mezo environment. The analysis of the micro environment consists of the financial analysis and the SWOT analysis. The thesis also includes the prediction of development of the construction sector and the questionnaire, which serves as a source of the additional information. The conclusion contains some recommendations for the company, that can improve its competitiveness.en
