| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím informačních technologií v podpoře podnikového nákupu v konkrétní firmě působící v rámci nadnárodní korporace. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy a funkce. Praktická část se zabývá definováním klíčového nákupního procesu a jeho podporou existujícími podnikovými informačními systémy. Cílem práce je navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení efektivity řízení podnikových informačních systémů v podpoře klíčového nákupního procesu na základě provedené analýzy úrovně systémové integrace a IT governance s ohledem na specifika výrobní činnosti firmy, a to porovnáním potřeb podniku v této oblasti s reálným stavem. | cs |
