dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem pracovního prostředí a podmínek na motivaci a produktivitu pracovníka. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Megatech Industries Plzeň s.r.o. a navrhnout konkrétní opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení motivace a produktivity. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje základním pojmům souvisejícím s motivací, motivačním teoriím, produktivitě a možnostem jejich zlepšení. V praktické části je představena analyzovaná společnost a popsány stávající motivační nástroje, a to na základě rozhovoru s vedoucí pracovnicí personálního oddělení. Klíčovou část tvoří dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit postoje zaměstnanců a identifikovat nedostatky v současném motivačním systému. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření byla navržena konkrétní opatření ke zvýšení motivace a produktivity zaměstnanců.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the influence of the working environment and conditions on employee motivation and productivity. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of employee motivation at Megatech Industries Plzeň s.r.o. and to propose specific measures to improve motivation and productivity. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is dedicated to key concepts related to motivation, motivational theories, productivity, and ways to improve them. The practical part describes the analyzed company and presents the current motivational tools based on an interview with the head of the HR department. The questionnaire forms the core of the practical part, as it aims to identify employee attitudes and shortcomings of the current motivational system. Based on the survey results, specific recommendations were proposed to enhance employee motivation and productivity.en
