dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu jednotlivých institutů v rámci postupu Policie ČR před zahájením přestupkového řízení. Hlavním aktérem celé diplomové práce je Policie ČR, práce tedy uceleným způsobem charakterizovala tento ozbrojený sbor, dále se zaměřila na prameny právní úpravy a analýzu jednotlivých institutů dle zákona o Policii ČR a přestupkového zákona. Jelikož neexistuje zákon, který by jednotně upravoval postup Policie ČR před zahájením přestupkového řízení, je hlavním přínosem práce shrnutí, popis a analýza jednotlivých institutů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedPresented diploma thesis aims at the analysis of individual institutes within the procedure of Police of the Czech Republic before the infringement procedure was initiated. Main actor of diploma thesis is Police of the Czech Republic, diploma thesis characterized this armed security corps, and it also focuses on the sources of law and the analysis of individual institutes according to the law on the Police of the Czech Republic and the offence law. There is no law that uniformly regulates the Police of the Czech Republic and their approach prior to institution of infringement procedure, the main benefit of the diploma thesis is a summary, description and analysis of individual institutes.en
