dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stáří a stresu. Teoretická část se věnuje periodizaci stáří, jednotlivým teoriím stárnutí, tělesným, psychickým a sociálním změnám ve stáří, adaptaci na stáří včetně způsobů přípravy na stáří a nemocem ve stáří. Teoretická část dále obsahuje tematika stresu, vývoj poznatků o stresu, stresory, projevy stresu a způsoby zvládání stresu. Praktická část práce zahrnuje výzkum zjišťující výskyt stresu u seniorů. Součástí práce je rovněž vyhodnocení a analýza odpovědí respondentů, včetně srovnání odpovědí seniorů žijících ve městě s odpověďmi seniorů žijících na vesnici a odpovědi seniorů žijících v manželském svazku s odpověďmi seniorů, kteří jsou v jiném rodinném stavu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the problems of old age and stress. The theoretical part is devoted to the periodization of old age, various theories of aging, physical, psychological and social changes in old age, adaptation to old age including way to prepare for old age and illnesses in old age. The theoretical part also includes themes of stress, stress knowledge progress, stress factors, stress symptoms and the ways of coping with stress. Practical part deals with the research on detecting occurrence of stress in the elderly. The thesis also includes an evaluation and analysis of respondents' answers. Evaluation contains a comparison of responses seniors who are living in the city with the answers of seniors who are living in the countryside and the responses of married seniors with answers of seniors who have another family status.en
