dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá překladatelskými a tlumočnickými službami v Evropské unii. Cílem této práce je popsat tyto služby, v jaké instituci funguje jaká tlumočnická či překladatelská služba, či jestli mají instituce vlastní tlumočníky a překladatele. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První část se zabývá tlumočením a překladem obecně. Tato část je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá překladem a překladatelskými metodami. Druhá kapitola se zabývá tlumočením a typy tlumočení. Druhá část této práce se zabývá překladatelskými a tlumočnickými službami v Evropské unii. Tato část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola popisuje ve zkratce historii Evropské unie. Druhá kapitola se věnuje překladatelským službám v evropských institucích, je zde také popsáno Generální ředitelství pro překlad. Třetí kapitola se věnuje tlumočnickým službám v evropských institucích. Kromě toho je zde popsáno i Generální ředitelství pro tlumočení. A poslední kapitola druhé části se věnuje stážím pro překladatele a tlumočníky v evropských institucích.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor thesis deals with translation and interpreting services in the European Union. The aim of this thesis is to describe these services, which interpreting and translation service is provided in which institution, or if these institutions have their own interpreters and translators. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with interpreting and translation generally. This part is divided into two main chapters. The first chapter deals with translation and translation procedures. The second chapter deals with interpreting and types of interpreting. The second part of this thesis deals with translation and interpreting services in the European Union. This part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the history of the European Union in brief. The second chapter deals with translation services in European institutions, the Directorate-General for Translation is also described here. The third chapter deals with interpreting services in European institutions, the Directorate-General for Interpretation is also described here. And the last chapter of the second part of this thesis deals with traineeships in European institutions for translators and interpreters.en
