dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou předání rodinné firmy. V práci jsou nejprve charakterizovány pojmy podnikání, podnik, podnikatel. Další část je věnována rodinným podnikům, výhodám rodinného podnikání a rizikům, které toto podnikání přináší. Na vybrané firmě je na základě rozhovoru dokumentován proces předání, jeho příprava, průběh a cíle do budoucnosti. Je ukázáno postupné přebírání odpovědnosti nástupcem, zkušenosti z firmy, názory zakladatele, pohled nástupce. To vše je porovnáváno s teoretickými podklady z uvedených zdrojů. Součástí práce je i vyhodnocení současné ekonomické situace, vývoj hospodářského výsledku a možné vlivy do budoucna. Na závěr jsou popsána rizika a doporučení, která mohou firmě pomoci dokončit předání bez větších obtíží.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the issue of handing over a family business. First, the terms of business, business and entrepreneur are characterized in the thesis. The next section is devoted to family businesses, the benefits of a family business and the risks arising from such business. Based on an interview, the transfer process, its preparation, course and objectives for the future are documented in a selected company. The gradual assumption of responsibility by the successor, the experience of the company, the founder's opinions and the successor´s view are presented. All of this is compared with the theoretical documents of listed sources. The thesis also includes the evaluation of the current economic situation, the development of the operating results and the possible influences for the future. Finally, the risks and recommendations that can help the company to complete the transfer without much difficulty are described.en
