dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na podnikatelský záměr v oblasti služeb. Hlavním cílem je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro svatební agenturu. První část diplomové práce je věnována charakteristice klíčových pojmů, které jsou nutné pro porozumění zkoumané oblasti. Tyto pojmy jsou vymezeny na základě studia odborné literatury. V další části práce je provedena analýza prostředí za využití SLEPT analýzy, Porterovy analýzy pěti sil a SWOT analýzy. Následuje analýza zákazníků za využití dotazníkového šetření a poslední část diplomové práce obsahuje zpracování podnikatelského záměru, jehož hlavními částmi jsou popis podniku, definice služeb, marketingový plán, organizační plán, finanční plán a harmonogram realizace, na které navazuje identifikace rizik a zhodnocení potenciálu realizace projektu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe focus of this master thesis is on preparing a business plan for a service provider - a wedding agency. The first part consists of an introduction to the keywords for a better understanding of this research area. An extensive literature review helps define these keywords. The following part of the thesis offers multiple environmental analysis for such service provider with external and internal focus, i.e. SLEPT analysis, Porter´s Five Force Model and SWOT analysis. Subsequently, the analysis of potential customers thanks to a questionnaire survey was also conducted to support the final formulation of the proposed business plan. This formulation covers the description of the service provider, the definition of the service, a suitable marketing plan, an organisational and financial plan, and an implementation schedule. The thesis ends with a critical evaluation of potential risks and answers the question about the possibility of fulfilling the project.en
