dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce jsou operativně pátrací prostředky, které jsou v našem trestním právu poměrně novým institutem. Do trestního práva procesního byly zakotveny novelou trestního řádu č. 265/2001 Sb. Cílem této diplomové práce je obsáhnout problematiku operativně pátracích prostředků dle aktuální zákonné úpravy, popsat a systematicky objasnit operativně pátrací prostředky a jejich použití v trestním řízení a také definovat veškeré související pojmy a problémy, které mohou při použití operativně pátracích prostředků vznikat.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis Operative and Investigative Means deals with instruments of criminal proceeding provided in § 158b till § 158e Criminal Procedure Code no. 141/1961. These are a relatively new instruments in the fight against organized crime. Operative and investigative means were enshrined in the criminal law by the major amendment of Criminal Procedure Code in 2001. The aim of this thesis is to cover the issue of operative and investigative means according to current law, to describe and systematically clarify the operative means and their use in criminal proceedings, and also define all related concepts and problems that can arise from the use of operative and investigative means.en
