| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zaměřuje na současný stav a vývoj trhu práce v okrese Domažlice. Teoretická část popisuje základní vztahy na trhu práce, nezaměstnanost a lidský kapitál. Praktická část uvádí příčiny nezaměstnanosti v Plzeňském kraji a představuje problémové skupiny uchazečů o zaměstnání. Součástí práce je grafické zpracování dat týkajících se nezaměstnanosti v okrese a také porovnání mezd nabízených v okrese podle stupně vzdělání s průměrem v ČR. Na konci praktické části jsou uvedeny možná opatření pro snížení nezaměstanosti v okrese. | cs |

The theoretical part describes the basic relationships in the labor market, unemployment, and human capital. The practical part presents the causes of unemployment in the Plzeň region and introduces problematic groups of job seekers. The work includes graphical processing of data related to unemployment in the district and comparison of wages offered in the district according to the level of education with the average in the Czech Republic. Possible measures to reduce unemployment in the district are presented at the end of the practical part. | en |
