dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na srovnání leasingového financování s úvěrovým. V teoretické části se na začátku zaměřuji na vymezení obecných charakteristik spojených s financováním podniku, na interní a externí zdroje financování. Dále pojednávám o cenách, způsobech splácení, právních úpravách a daňových dopadech leasingu a úvěru. Praktická část se věnuje představení společnosti AIMTEC a.s. a představení nabídek financování od dvou poptávaných obchodních společností. Je zde provedena komparace podle cenových kritérií, která zahrnují konečnou cenu, koeficient, čistou výhodu leasingu a metodu diskontovaných výdajů, a podle dalších kritérií. Na základě těchto kritérií je navrženo konkrétní řešení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of leasing and credit financing. At the beginning of the theoretical part I describe general characteristics connected with enterprise financing, and internal and external financial sources. Furthermore, I talk about prices, ways of repayment, legal regulations, and the impacts of taxes on leasing and credit. The practical part introduces company AIMTEC a.s. and describes financing proposals of two Aimtec possible suppliers. The proposals are compared according to price criteria, which include the final price, coefficient, net advantage of leasing,the method of discounted costs and other criteria. Having compared the criteria I suggest a specific solution.en
