dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce je oběť trestného činu z pohledu viktimologického a trestněprávního. Pro pochopení podstaty této oblasti je nutné nejprve pojem oběti definovat. To je účelem první kapitoly. Druhá kapitola pojednává o viktimologii ve všech možných aspektech. Ve třetí kapitole je věnován prostor otázkám pomoci a ochrany obětí z trestněprávního hlediska. Stěžejní část této kapitoly se zaměřuje na ochranu obětí z pohledu české právní úpravy s důrazem na nový zákon č. 45/2013 Sb., o obětech trestných činů.V závěrečné kapitole jsou stručně shrnuty informace o organizacích poskytujících pomoc obětem trestných činů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this thesis is the victim of crime from victimology and criminal law point of view. Is necessary make a definition of term of victim to understanding of the base this area. This is a purpose of first chapter.The second chapter talk about the victimology in different aspects.In third chapter is the space for questions of help and protection of victims in view of criminal law.The most important part of this chapter is concentrated to the protection of victim of crime in view of Czech law with emphasis on the new law nr. 45/2013 Sb., about victims of crimes.In final chapter there are shortly summarized information about organizations which provide the help for victims of crime.en
