dc.description.abstractTato práce zachycuje výsledky inventarizačního výzkumu malakofauny v údolí Hracholuského potoka na Plzeňsku. Výzkum probíhal od září do listopadu 2022 na 18 lokalitách. Jedna z těchto lokalit je vodní, dvě mokřadní a patnáct suchozemských. Celkem zde bylo nalezeno 1614 jedinců, patřících ke 26 druhům měkkýšů (23 druhům plžů a třem druhům mlžů). Dominantní v této oblasti jsou Monachoides incarnatus, Fruticicola fruticum a Cepaea hortensis. Většina suchozemských druhů byla nalezena v lese, na loukách porostlých bylinami a ve vlhké půdě. Sladkovodní druhy byly nalezeny v mokřadních stanovištích a jedné vodní ploše. Malakofauna této oblasti byla pravděpodobně zkoumána poprvé.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis presents the results of an inventory research of the malacofauna in the Hracholuský creek valley in the Pilsen area. The research was conducted from September to November 2022 and 18 localities have been examined. One of these localities are aquatic, two wetland and fifteen of them are terrestrial. In total, there were found 1614 specimens which belong to 26 species of molluscs (23 species of gastropods and three species of bivalves). Monachoides incarnatus, Fruticicola fruticum and Cepaea hortensis are dominant in this area. The majority of the terrestrial species were found in the forest, meadows overgrown with herbs and in a humid soil. The fresh-water species were found in some wetlands and one water area. The malacofauna of this area has probably been researched for the first time.en
