| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o procesu orientace jako o personální činnosti, které jsou součástí řízení lidských zdrojů. Cílem této práce je zanalyzovat proces orientace v konkrétním podniku a tento proces zhodnotit. Zároveň navrhnout opatření, která zlepší kompletní proces orientace v dané společnosti. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a na část praktickou. Teoretická část pojednává o procesu orientace obecně. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis kompletního procesu orientace v konkrétní společnosti, zhodnocení tohoto procesu a jsou zde navrhnuta zlepšující opatření. | cs |
