| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice pracovní úrazovosti. Práce se v první části zaměřuje na objasnění a charakteristiku pojmu- pracovní úraz, spolu s postupy jak při pracovních úrazech postupovat. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na prevenci před těmito událostmi a hlavní důraz je zde kladen na parametry BOZP. Třetí a poslední část práce se specializuje na druhy náhrad, na které vzniká zaměstnanci po prodělání pracovního úrazu nárok. | cs |
