dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma Měnová unie - teorie a praxe pojednává o kritériích teorie optimální měnové oblasti, ke kterým patří mobilita pracovních sil, diverzifikace výroby, otevřenost ekonomiky, fiskální transfery, jednotné priority a solidarita versus nacionalizmus. Dále obsahuje charakteristiku jednotlivých etap budování EMU od jejího počátku v 50. letech až po současnost. Zabývá se definicí pěti maastrichtských kritérií, které je potřeba splnit před vstupem do eurozóny, patří mezi ně kritérium cenové stability, konvergence úrokových sazeb, deficitu veřejných financí, veřejného zadlužení a účasti v mechanismu směnných kurzů Evropského měnového systému. Praktická část obsahuje zhodnocení plnění maastrichtských kritérií jednotlivými členskými zeměmi eurozóny v době budování EMU a v současnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor Thesis Monetary Union ? Theory and Practice is dealt with the criteria of The Theory of Optimum Currency Areas which include labor mobility, product diversification, openness of the economy, fiscal transfers, unified priorities and solidarity versus nationalism. It also describes the stages of EMU development from its beginnings dated in the 50s of the 20th century to the present. It is dealt with the definition of five Maastricht criteria which must necessarily be fulfilled before entering the euro area. Convergence criteria include the criterion on price stability, the criterion on the convergence of interest rates, the government deficit criterion, the public debt criterion and the participation in the exchange rate mechanism of the European Monetary System. The practical part of the thesis evaluates how the euro area member states fulfilled the convergence criteria in the time of EMU development and how they are successful at the present.en
