| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nevládní neziskové organizace. Konkrétně na fundraising těchto organizací. Cílem této práce je vypracovat teoretický přehled o neziskových organizacích a fundraisingu a aplikovat jej v praktické části práce. Charakterizovat vybranou nevládní neziskovou organizaci. Analyzovat současné postavení organizace pomocí určitých analýz. Konkrétně je použita SWOT analýza a PEST analýza. Poté vyhodnotit financování neziskové organizace v minulých období dle rozboru financování a také pomocí vhodných analýz. Výstupem práce je návrh fundraisingového plánu na následující období. | cs |

The aim of this work is to develop a theoretical overview of non-profit organizations and fundraising and apply it in the practical part of the work.
