Heslo v odborné encyklopedii pojednávající o Josefu Karlovi Auerspergovi, což byl právník žijící na přelomu 18. a 19. století. Patřil mezi osvícence a svobodné zednáře. Vykonával úřad zemského rady v Čechách, poté působil u apelačního soudu v Praze, dále byl dvorním radou u nejvyššího soudu, prezidentem zemského soudu.
