dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je proces adaptace zaměstnanců v organizaci. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit proces adaptace zaměstnanců ve zvolené organizaci a navrhnout opatření pro případné zlepšení v dané oblasti. Pro analýzu byl zvolen soubor kvalitativních metod - dotazování, podniková dokumentace a pozorování. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy adaptace a adaptační proces. V praktické části se nachází charakteristika organizace a současného adaptačního procesu. Následuje prezentace výsledků dotazníkového šetření, jejich zhodnocení a shrnutí. Poslední kapitola se věnuje návrhům pro zlepšení adaptačního procesu na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the bachelor thesis is the adaptation process of employees in the company. The objective of the bachelor thesis is analysed and evaluated the adaptation process of employees in the chosen organisation and propose measures for possible improvement in this area. For the analysis were used qualitative methods - interviews, company documentation and observation. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis defines the basic concepts of adaptation and adaptation process. Characteristic of the company and the present adaptation process are in the practical part. After that follows a presentation of the results of the questionnaire survey, their evaluation and summary. The last chapter deals with proposals for improvement of the adaptation process based on the results of the questionnaire survey.en
