dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je teoretický popis vzniku podniku a vymezení jednotlivých kroků, které je nutné při vzniku podniku učinit. Konkrétně se pak práce zabývá založením domova pro seniory Krušný ráj, s. r. o. V práci jsou uvedeny základní principy tvorby podnikatelského záměru, marketingových aktivit a personálních a finančních činností. V závěru je uveden odhad budoucího vývoje podniku. V práci jsem využila odbornou literaturu a internetové zdroje, jejichž seznam je uveden v seznamu použité litaruty na konci práce, informace získané z konzultací v domově pro seniory Dukla Vejprty a také osobních zkušeností.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe effect of bachelor´s thesis is a theoretical description of formation of business and a definition of component speps that need to be made, when establishing a business. The thesis deal with establishing a Home for the Elderly Grim paradie, Inc. This thesis introduce the basic principles of the business plan creation, marketing aktivities and personal and financial aktivities. The estimate of future development of business is published at the conclusion. In this thesis I used the specialized literature and web resources published in bibliografie at the conclusion, informations from the consultations in Home for the Elderly Dukla Vejprty and personal experiences.en
