Abstract
Tento článek se zabývá problematikou svobodného přístupu k informacím. Právo na informace umožňuje občanům získávat informace a kontrolovat činnost veřejné správy. Článek popisuje náležitosti podané žádosti o informace. Dále povinný subjekt a jeho povinnosti. Zmíněny jsou chyby vyskytující se při podávání žádosti. Postup uplatnění jednotlivých procesních opravných prostředků využívaných v rámci uplatňování práva na informace.
This paper deals with the issue of freedom of access to information. The right to information allows citizens to obtain information and to control the activities of public administration. The article describes the requirements of a request for information. It also describes the obliged entity and its obligations. Mistakes occurring during the submission of the request are mentioned. The procedure for applying the various procedural remedies used in the exercise of the right to information.
