dc.description.abstractV této diplomové práci se věnuji především metodice vyšetřování trestného činu vraždy spáchané střelnou zbraní. Dále se věnuji stručnému historickému vývoji kriminalistiky, obecným otázkám kriminalistiky, metodice vyšetřování, kriminalistické balistice, identifikaci zbraně a střeliva. Za cíl v diplomové práci na téma metodika vyšetřování trestného činu vraždy spáchané střelnou zbraní je stanoveno systematické seznámení a strukturovaný popis metodiky vyšetřování této trestné činnosti a nastínění problematiky nezasvěcené osobě v této oblasti. Jako subcíl je stanovena analýza trestného činu vraždy, vyšetřování a prověřování, použití kriminalistických metod.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn this diploma thesis I mainly focus on the methodology of investigation of the crime of murder committed by guns. I also deal with brief historical development of criminology, general issues of criminology, methodology of investigation, forensic ballistics, identification of weapons and ammunition. The aim of the thesis on the methodology of the investigation of the crime of murder committed by firearms is to provide a systematic introduction and a structured description of the methodology of investigation of this crime and outline the issue of the uninitiated person in this area. A sub-objective is the analysis of the crime of murder, investigation and screening, the use of forensic methods.en
