dc.description.abstractV úvodu diplomové práce jsem se snažil o vymezení pojmu trestného činu.Dále jsem zmínil historický vývoj trestního práva u nás a vývoj trestné součinnosti. V další kapitole jsem charakterizoval trestnou součinnost a poté se věnoval jejich jednotlivým formám. V této části jsem se věnoval zejména organizovanému zločinu. Na závěr práce jsem porovnal naši právní úpravu s americkou a anglickou právní úpravou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedAt the beginning of my thesis I tried to explain what the word offense means. In next chapter I mentioned the history of criminal law in the Czech republic. Then I described criminal cooperation and I devoted of special cast of criminal cooperation. The main point was organized crime. At the end of my thesis I compared czech law adjustment with england and american law adjustment.en
