dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podporu řízení podniku informačním systémem a problematiku ekonomické efektivnosti informačních systémů. Po teoretických prvních kapitolách, které shrnují poznatky z oblasti strategického a manažerského řízení podniků, využití informačních technologií v podnicích a efektivnosti IS, je představen podnikatelský subjekt Unicorn Systems a.s., firma podnikající ve vývoji softwaru, stručná historie této společnosti a nastínění osobnosti a přístupů k podnikání jejího majitele Vladimíra Kováře. Ve čtvrté kapitole je pak popsána vlastní podniková metodika Unicorn Enterprise System Powered Company a její základy a aplikace na interní informační systém Unicorn Universe. Pátá kapitola se věnuje zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti systému Unicorn Universe i jeho nefinančním přínosům a návrh na zlepšení pro podnik.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is aimed at management support of Unicorn Systems enterprise by information system and problems of economic effectiveness of information systems in general. After the first theoretical chapters that summarize the findings from the field of strategic management and business management, use of information technologies in enterprises and effectiveness of IS, there is the business entity Unicorn Systems a.s. introduced, which is the company doing business in software development. This part also includes a brief history of the company and outline of the personalitiy and approaches to business by its owner Vladimír Kovář. The fourth chapter then describes the company's own methodology Unicorn Enterprise System Powered Company and its foundations and applications on the internal information system Unicorn Universe. The fifth chapter presents an evaluation of the economic effectiveness of the Unicorn Universe as well as its non-financial benefits and suggestions for improvement for the company.	en
