| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na souhrn dostupných informací o projektovém managementu v architektonickém projektu a definici role projektového manažera v architektonickém týmu. Důležitou součástí práce je identifikace potencionálních zainteresovaných stran. V dalších kapitolách je vyzdvižena legislativní stránka projektu a jsou identifikovány hlavní fáze projektu a důležité milníky. Práce využívá metodiku České komory architektů a dostupnou zahraniční literaturu, kterou porovnává s praktickými zkušenostmi architektonických studií. Cílem práce je vytvoření vědomostního základu pro začínajícího projektového manažera, který musí být schopen řešit každodenní problémy projektu od samotného začátku až po jeho uzavření. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Presented thesis is aimed to summarize all available information about project management in architectonic project and to define the role of a project manager in architectonic team. Crucial part of the thesis is to identify potential parties of interest. Legislative aspect of the project is emphasized in the following chapters and important milestones are identified. Methodology of Czech Chamber of Architects and available foreign literature is used and compared with practical experiences of architectonic studios. Aim of this thesis is to create knowledge base for project manager beginner, who has to be able to deal with everyday issues of the architectural project from the very beginning till the end. | en |
