dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce řeší přínosy managementu znalostí pro organizace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku managementu znalostí, zdůvodnění jeho nezbytnosti v dnešních organizacích a možné přínosy z jeho užívání pro organizace. Blíže popisuje znalosti, jejich tvorbu a předávání. Dále také metody, strategie a prostředí nezbytné pro práci se znalostmi. V praktické části byla provedena analýza využití znalostního managementu v českém terciálním sektoru. Analýzu bylo možné provést na základě odpovědí vycházejících z dotazníkového šetření. Analýza dále umožnila navrhnout patřičná opatření pro vyšší, nebo efektivnější využívání znalostního managementu v terciálním sektoru a bylo následně zhodnoceno, jakými přínosy mohou organizacím přispět nově doporučená opatření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis aims at benefits of knowledge management for organizations. The document is divided into two parts. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of knowledge management, justification of its necessity in today's organizations and possible benefits from its use for organizations. It describes in more detail the knowledge, their creation and transfer. Furthermore, the methods, strategies and environments necessary to work with knowledge are described. In the practical part, an analysis of the use of knowledge management in the Czech tertiary sector was performed. The analysis could be performed from the answers of the questionnaire survey. The analysis also made it possible to propose appropriate measures for higher or more effective use of knowledge management in the tertiary sector, and it was subsequently evaluated what benefits the newly recommended measures can contribute to organizations.en
