dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu vývoje podniku v době celosvětové ekonomické krize. Na základě zjištěných údajů je zhodnocena finanční situace podniku. Práce je rozdělena na šest kapitol včetně úvodu a závěru. Druhá kapitola je věnována charakteristice vybrané společnosti. Následující třetí a čtvrtá kapitola popisují vznik, průběh a vliv světové finanční krize a její dopady na sektor stavebnictví v ČR, kam patří zvolený podnik. V kapitole páté následuje finanční analýza s využitím základních elementárních metod, na kterou navazuje závěrečná část. V této části jsou navrženy postupy ke zmírnění dopadů krize na chod podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedUsing financial analysis, this work evaluates the influence of the global financial crisis on the financial situation of chosen company. The work is divided into six chapters including the introduction and conclusion. The second chapter is devoted to the characteristics of the selected company. The following third and fourth chapters describe the origin, development and impact of the financial crisis in the world and its impact on the construction industry in the Czech Republic, which includes the selected company. Chapters five and six are devoted to the financial analysis theory and then its application to the chosen company. Than, in capture five, financial performance analysis follows, using basic elementary methods. This analysis takes into account crisis influence on the company, which has been described in previous sections. Final part summarizes recommendations (methods) to reduce crisis influence on the company and suggests possible anti-crisis arrangements.en
