Pocity a potřeby žáků středních škol

Abstract

Pocity jsou klíčovým faktorem ovlivňujícím vzdělávací proces, s potenciálně pozitivním i negativním dopadem. Navzdory existujícím výzkumům a rostoucímu důrazu na well-being ve školním prostředí není oblasti prožívání žáků a jejich subjektivním potřebám v českém kontextu věnován dostatek pozornosti. Tento příspěvek přináší bližší vhled do problematiky pocitů a potřeb žáků a předkládá analýzu dotazníkového šetření realizovaného na středních školách různých typů v Plzeňském kraji, jehož se zúčastnilo 350 žáků. Výzkum odhaluje komplexní obraz prožívání žáků, včetně významných rozdílů mezi dívkami a chlapci. Prezentovaná zjištění rovněž mapují nejčastější potřeby a přání žáků.

Emotions are a key factor influencing the educational process, with potentially both positive and negative effects. Despite existing research and the growing emphasis on well-being in the school environment, the area of students’ emotional experience and their subjective needs has not received sufficient attention in the Czech context. This paper provides a closer insight into the issues of students’ emotions and needs and presents an analysis of a questionnaire survey conducted in various types of secondary schools in the Pilsen Region, involving 350 students. The research reveals a complex picture of students’ experiences, including significant differences between girls and boys. The findings also map the most frequent needs and wishes of students.
