dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci je popsáno základní třídění druhů financování a identifikace zdrojů financování. Je vysvětlena souvislost mezi jednotlivými fázemi životního cyklu podniku a zdroji financování podniku. Jsou rozebrány pojmy majetková struktura podniku, finanční struktura podniku a optimalizace kapitálové struktury, včetně zmínění bodu indiference kapitálové struktury. Zlatá pravidla financování popisují ideální poměry různých druhů financování podniku pro udržení finančního zdraví. Nakonec je ukázáno, jak porovnáním různých ukazatelů cash flow může podnik identifikovat potřebu externího kapitálu. Každé z těchto dílčích témat je následně prakticky zpracováno v souvislosti s vybraným podnikem My Callsheet s.r.o. Tento podnik si autorka vybrala proto, že je v něm sama osobně zainteresovaná.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis describes the basic classification of types of financing and identification of financing sources. It explains a connection between different stages of a company's life cycle and sources of company's financing. It talks about a property structure, financial structure of a company and optimization of the capital structure, including the point of indifference of the capital structure. The Golden Rules describe the ideal ratio of different types of company financing to maintain financial health. Finally, it is shown how the company can identify the need for external capital by comparing different cash flow indicators.
